Eco Village Saigon River – A Luxurious Residential Area

Located in Ben Co hamlet, Dai Phuoc town, Nhon Trach district, Dong Nai province, Eco Village Saigon River is just 30 minutes away from Ho Chi Minh City center by high-speed train and 45 minutes by car. It is also 60 minutes away from Tan Son Nhat International Airport and 45 minutes away from Long Thanh Airport by car. From this location, it is easy to travel to central cities such as Bien Hoa, Vung Tau, and Ho Chi Minh City. Eco Village Saigon River is also approximately 45 minutes by road from Tan Son Nhat Airport, 25 minutes by high-speed train and waterway from District 1, and 30km from Long Thanh Airport.

Although Eco Village Saigon River is located in Dong Nai province, the surrounding area is only separated from the Dong Sai Gon infrastructure by Cat Lai ferry. In the near future, the connection between this area and Thu Duc city will take a significant leap forward when Cat Lai bridge is completed in 2023 and is expected to be completed in the near future by 2025.

The total land area planned for construction of the Eco Village Saigon River project is relatively huge, reaching up to 64 hectares. When completed, the project is expected to bring to the market a variety of products such as townhouses, commercial townhouses, detached villas, semi-detached villas, with diverse areas ranging from 90m2, 100m2, 140m2, 300m2.

EcoVillage Dong Nai Price

Ecopark, the project’s developer, kicked off its nationwide projects in early March 2022, including the Eco Village Saigon River project in Nhon Trach, Dong Nai, which will be available for sale in June 2023. The expected price range is between USD 5,000 and USD 6,000 per square meter.
